  • Custom travel planning and itinerary design

  • Visa guidance services

  • Transportation and transfers

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for booking confirmation.

  • Full payment must be made at least one day prior to departure.

  • Accepted payment methods include Debit Card, UPI, Google Pay, and Net Banking.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation or modification requests should be communicated at the earliest. Assistance will be provided, subject to availability and applicable charges.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. Prices & Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Services are subject to availability at the time of booking. If unavailable, suitable alternatives will be suggested.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documentation.

  • We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee approvals.

  • Purchase of travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Maharaja Cabs. acts as a coordinator between customers and third-party providers. We are not responsible for their services.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from external events or service failures.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected booking.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice. Please review periodically for updates.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be settled by arbitration as per applicable legal frameworks.
